Falitopack (Lito Offset y Empaques S.A. de C.V.) is a Mexican manufacturer of custom printed flexible packaging, based in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, and operating since 1998. We print, laminate and convert plastic and paper films into bags, pouches and roll stock for food and consumer-goods brands.

Printing and converting processes
Printing, lamination and bag making run in our own plant in Naucalpan. Plant equipment includes a multi-station rotogravure press, a high-speed laminator, a slitter-rewinder and bag-making machines.
Our technical team helps you choose the material, the laminated structure and the format, and adapts your artwork to the final bag or roll layout.

Sourcing flexible packaging from Mexico
Our plant is in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico, in the industrial area on the northwest side of Mexico City. We serve customers in Mexico and Latin America and have experience exporting to the United States, Central America and South America.
For export orders we prepare documentation according to the destination market. Materials suitable for food contact are available, and we can send the technical data sheet of the film on request. Physical samples of the bag or roll can be sent for internal testing or approval before a production run.
Minimum order and production time
As a general guide, minimum orders start at 300 to 500 kg of printed material, or 10,000 pieces, depending on the format. Production typically takes 15 to 25 business days once the artwork and the quote are approved, depending on volume and complexity. Shipping time to your location is additional and is quoted per order.

Where is Falitopack located?
Falitopack's plant and offices are in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico, on the northwest side of Mexico City. The address is Carretera vieja San Mateo Ixtlahuaca en Talayote no. 24, km 68, Santiago Tepatlaxco. Printing, lamination and bag converting are done at this site.
Do you ship flexible packaging to the United States?
Yes. Falitopack has experience exporting flexible packaging to the United States, Central America and South America. Export documentation is prepared according to the destination market. Shipping method, terms and transit time are defined per order, so include your delivery location when you request a quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum orders generally start at 300 to 500 kg of printed material, or 10,000 pieces, depending on the format. Roll stock is usually measured by weight and finished bags by piece count. Send your format and dimensions and we will confirm the minimum that applies to your project.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 15 to 25 business days after the artwork and the quote are approved. The exact time depends on order volume and on the complexity of the print and structure. Transit time to your country is not included in that range and is quoted separately.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Falitopack can provide physical samples of the bag type or roll you are evaluating, so you can run internal tests on your product or filling line, or get approval from your team before committing to a production run. Ask for samples when you send your quote request.
Are your materials suitable for food contact?
We work with materials suitable for direct food contact, and the technical data sheet for the film can be sent on request. The right structure depends on your product, so tell us what you pack, how it is stored and which market it is sold in.
